About Our Team
Susan Weese founded Rhyming Planet Technologies in response to a stated need for improved ways of managing a wide range of projects. She is one of the many experienced subject matter experts at Rhyming Planet who provide customized consulting solutions, workshop designs and software development project methodologies and templates that consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Running a major IT consulting practice is second nature to Susan, and she delights in being the focal point for methodology and template development, definition and delivery for software development and process improvement projects. Prior to Rhyming Planet, Susan directed the professional services component of RSA Companies, a global provider of systems integration and ERP consulting services.
Her career includes senior business and technical management positions with MCI, GTE, Logicon, Loral Command and Control Systems and Norden Systems. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Peggy Oglesby brings her extensive software engineering and management experience to our customer universe. Her proven ability to establish and maintain open communication with team members, users, and management at the appropriate level of detail consistently results in project success.
Peggy has a sustained commitment to process improvement and development of procedures for software development projects large and small. The foundation of her professional experience is built on a multifaceted Computer Science, Education, and English academic background.
Prior to joining Rhyming Planet, Peggy managed multiple diverse, complex projects in a variety of environments. Her project activities encompassed all phases of the software development life cycle, including planning, directing, scheduling, testing, integration, evaluation and documentation. Peggy’s career includes individual contribution, technical management, and business expertise for MCI, Digital Equipment Corporation, and United Technologies.
Dr. Hal Kane is an organizational psychologist specializing in the behavior of individuals, groups and organizations working in the fast-paced environment of Information Technology. He particularly enjoys consulting with our clients to launch large-scale software development and process improvement initiatives.
Hal consults with and mentors at all levels of management to define and introduce new business and manufacturing processes. His emphasis is in doing so while also enhancing teamwork and customer satisfaction. He has extensive experience in technical and people focused curriculum development and delivery.
Hal received his PhD in Organizational Behavior from The University of Michigan. His career includes experience in senior management positions in technology, health care and consulting organizations.
