About Founder Susan Weese
 Susan Weese founded Rhyming Planet Technologies in response to a stated need for improved ways of managing a wide range of projects. As the founder and President, Susan is at the center of the decision-making hub, surrounded by subject matter experts who generate consulting solutions, workshop designs and customized templates that meet and exceed client expectations.
Running a major IT consulting practice is second nature to Susan, and she delights in being the focal point for product development, marketing and operational issues.
Prior to Rhyming Planet, Susan was a director of e-business solutions and professional services for RSA Companies, a global provider of systems integration and IT consulting services. She defined and rebuilt the consulting services organization, targeting and supporting major emerging technology product lines and information systems infrastructure. Before joining RSA, Susan built and managed a new twelve state IT consulting region for Data Dimensions, Inc. She was directly responsible for taking this regional revenue from $0 to $6m within 18 months.
Her experience in managing and defining emerging technology and business practices positioned her strongly with customers from major corporations such as Times Mirror, The Los Angeles Times, Centura Health, Oppenheimer Funds, Micromedex, Halliburton, Landmark Graphics and Warner Music Group. Her career includes senior business and technical management positions with MCIWorldcom, GTE, Logicon, Loral Command and Control Systems and Norden Systems.
